Terms of Service

Last updated: Wednesday, 23 September 2026

By using PlanoraHub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who provides the service

Web Hub Studio, a business name registered in Ontario, Canada. Contact: info@planorahub.com.

What the service does

You enter the deadlines you track, and once a day we email you reminders — 30, 14, 7, 3 or 1 day before the due date and on the due date itself, according to your settings. You can also build a quote and download it as a PDF; that document is created in your browser and we do not store it.

The quotes you build are your documents. The app calculates amounts and VAT, but you enter the company and client details, prices and tax rates, so check them yourself before sending.

Reminders are not a guarantee

This is the most important part of this document.

We work to deliver every reminder on time, but we cannot guarantee it. An email may be delayed, land in junk mail, or not arrive at all — because the recipient's server rejected it, because the address is wrong or closed, or because of an outage in the internet and the services the app runs on.

The deadline is still your responsibility. PlanoraHub is a help, not a replacement for your own records. For deadlines whose loss means a penalty or the loss of a right — vehicle registration, insurance, licences, tax filings — check them yourself as well.

Your account

You need an account with a confirmed email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your password safe; anything done from your account counts as done by you. If you suspect someone else has got into your account, change the password and tell us.

The service is intended for companies and sole traders, and for people over 18.

What we expect from you

  • that the data you enter is accurate;
  • that when you enter someone else's email address as a reminder recipient, you have a basis for it and that person knows about it;
  • that you do not use reminders for marketing or unsolicited messages;
  • that you do not try to breach the security of the app or load it with automated requests;
  • that you do not enter content that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights.

If you do not keep to this, we may restrict or close your account, with notice by email wherever possible.

Your data stays yours

What we do with your data is in the Privacy Policy. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it.

Price

The service is currently free, with a limit on the number of items you can track (currently 5). If we ever introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance, and nothing is charged without your express agreement.

Availability

The app runs on other companies' infrastructure. We do not guarantee it will run without interruption and we may stop it temporarily for maintenance or repair. As it is free, we owe no compensation for downtime.

Ending

You can stop using it whenever you like and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@planorahub.com; we delete it within 30 days.

We may close an account if you seriously break these terms or if the service is discontinued. If we discontinue it, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can copy your data out.

Liability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee that it will work without error or interruption, and no guarantee that every reminder will arrive.

The deadline is your responsibility regardless of reminders — whether a reminder was sent, whether it arrived and whether you read it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:

  • lost profits, lost business and indirect loss;
  • a missed reminder and a missed deadline;
  • loss of data;
  • loss caused by inaccurate data you entered;
  • interruptions and losses caused by the services the app runs on.

If liability on our side nevertheless exists, it is limited to the greater of two amounts: what you have paid us in the last 12 months, or CAD 100.

This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intentional harm and gross negligence.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms — most often because you entered someone else's email address without a basis, or entered content that infringes another person's rights — you must reimburse the costs that arise from it.

Changes and disputes

We may change these terms; a new version goes on this page with a new date, and we tell you about significant changes by email at least 15 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account.

Talk before court. If a dispute arises, both sides agree to spend at least 30 days trying to settle it by agreement, starting from the day one side emails the other a description of the problem. Most misunderstandings are settled that way.

If that fails, the law of the province of Ontario and of Canada applies and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, because that is where we operate from. If you are a user in another country, this does not override mandatory rules of your country that give you greater protection.

What survives. The limitation of liability and the indemnity continue to apply after your account is deleted and after you stop using the service.

If any provision turns out to be invalid, the rest remain in full force.
